An elevated, hands-on design experience for clients seeking a beautifully considered home from concept through completion.

Moss Interiors' Select Residential Design service is available for multi-room residential projects requiring a minimum scope equivalent to four full spaces.

From furniture and finishes to lighting, window treatments, sourcing, styling and project coordination, each project is thoughtfully developed around the way our clients live.

Because of the level of attention involved, residential projects are accepted on a limited, application-based basis with the following requirements:

  • Minimum 4-space/room project

  • DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) + Supporting Areas (Delaware, Pennsylvania)

  • Limited availability

  • Custom pricing

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR IN-PERSON FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

  • Initial Design Consultation: We begin by discussing your goals, lifestyle, design preferences, functional needs, and overall vision for your home.

  • Design Presentation: You’ll be presented with the proposed design direction, including curated furnishings, finishes, fabrics, materials, and samples so you can experience the design beyond the screen.

  • 2–3 Design Revisions: We thoughtfully refine the design based on your feedback before moving into final selections and implementation.

  • 2D Concept & Mood Boards: Curated visual boards that establish the overall aesthetic, color direction, materials, and design story for each space.

  • Photorealistic Video Walkthrough Renderings (up to 10 seconds per room): Immersive visualizations that allow you to experience the proposed design and better understand how each space will come together before implementation begins.

  • Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures & Art Selection: Thoughtfully sourced pieces selected to complement your style, lifestyle, space, and overall design plan.

  • Custom Furniture & Millwork Design: Custom-designed elements may be developed where appropriate to create a more personalized and cohesive result.

  • Procurement & Order Management: We coordinate purchasing, order tracking, vendor communication, and product details throughout the project.

  • Project & Budget Coordination: We help manage the design timeline, approved project budget, selections, and key project milestones from concept through completion.

  • Trade & Vendor Coordination: We collaborate with contractors, installers, artisans, and other professionals involved in executing the approved design.

  • Installation & Final Styling: Once the major elements are in place, we oversee final placement and styling to bring the entire design together.
